Culturally Curated Pediatric Services was created with a simple belief: every child deserves expert care that honours who they are, where they come from, and how their family cares for them.
We provide skilled, in-home pediatric nursing for children with complex medical needs across Greater Philadelphia, so they can thrive at home, not just survive.
For families caring for a medically complex child, home is where life happens. It’s where a child learns, plays, celebrates birthdays, and sleeps in their own bed. Our role is to make that possible safely, bringing hospital-level clinical skill into the home without bringing the hospital with it.

Why CCPS exists
Most agencies talk about clinical excellence. Fewer talk about what happens when a nurse walks into a home where the food, the language, the faith, or the way a family makes decisions doesn’t match the nurse’s own.
That gap is where families stop feeling seen. It’s where instructions get misunderstood, where parents stop asking questions, and where care quietly becomes something done to a family instead of with them.
We built CCPS to close that gap. Cultural responsiveness isn’t a training module we completed. It’s how we recruit, how we match nurses to families, how we write care plans, and how we measure whether we’ve done our job well.

We work alongside hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, MCOs and discharge planners to make the transition from hospital to home seamless, and to keep children safely at home once they’re there.

Our team
The nurses who do this work
We recruit deliberately for cultural and linguistic match, because the right nurse isn’t only the one with the right résumé.
Our nurses are RNs and LPNs with pediatric experience. We are still confirming the specifics from our records — minimum experience, training and competency verification, PALS and CPR requirements, languages spoken and clinical leadership — so we have not published them here yet.
Referral partners check these, and so should you. Ask us directly and we will tell you.
Our credentials
What we are licensed to do
Every nurse who enters your home is a licensed RN or LPN, working to a plan of care ordered by your child’s physician. Skilled care stays with licensed nurses, and nothing happens outside what that plan sets out.
We are happy to be checked. Ask us for our licence and provider details, our insurance, and the credentials of the specific nurse assigned to your child, and we will send them before care starts rather than after. Discharge planners and case managers can ask for the same, and we would rather you did.

Why this agency exists
Sending a child home with a tracheostomy, a ventilator or a feeding tube asks a family to become part of a clinical team overnight — in their own kitchen, in their own language, around their own table.
Clinical skill is the baseline. What decides whether a family sleeps is whether the nurse in the house at two in the morning understands them: what is said and what is not, who speaks for the child, and what a parent means when they say they are fine.
So we match on both. Every nurse is chosen for the clinical needs of the child and for the home they are joining, because a family that feels understood keeps asking the questions that keep a child safe.
