How service areas actually work
Home nursing coverage is not a line on a map. It is whether there is a nurse with the right competencies who can get to your home for the shifts your child is authorized for: reliably, in traffic, at 6am on a Tuesday and at 9pm on a Sunday.
An agency that says yes to an address it cannot reliably staff creates a worse problem than one that says no. So the useful answer comes from an email about your specific address and shift pattern.
Service area
The area we cover
We provide in-home nursing across Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. Where that area ends is set by staffing rather than by mileage: the same address can be straightforward for a weekday day shift and difficult for a rolling overnight, because the two need different nurses free at different hours.
It is also why the answer can change. As the nursing team grows, the area we can cover dependably grows with it, and an address we could not reach one month may work the next. If we have said no before, it is worth asking again.
