Culturally Curated Pediatric Services cares for every child and family on equal terms.

We do not exclude people, deny them care, or treat them differently because of race, colour, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, veteran status, source of payment, or immigration status. That applies to who we accept for care, how we deliver it, who we hire, and how we treat people who work for us.

This is not only a legal position. An agency built on the belief that care should fit the family it is given to cannot then decide which families qualify.

Help with language

If English is not the language you are most comfortable in, tell us. We will arrange interpretation, and we will provide written information in your language where we can. There is no charge to you for this, and asking for it will never affect the care your child receives.

Help with a disability

If a disability makes it harder to communicate with us, tell us what would help. That may mean written information in large print or another format, extra time, or working through someone you trust. There is no charge to you for this.

If you think we have fallen short

Tell us directly first. We would rather hear it and put it right than have you carry it. Email Services@CCPediatrics.com or use the contact page, and say what happened and when. You can ask someone else to raise it on your behalf. Raising a concern will not affect your child’s care.
